Cancellation of subscription is cancellation of subscription renewal, it does not mean a refund.
If you cancel your subscription, you can still enjoy your package service until the end of your current subscription period, no further charges will be charged after the current subscription ends.
Normally, Fotor does not offer refunds for already paid fees. The detail please check the Article 6.3 (about Subscription Renewal) and Article 6.4 (about Cancellation) in our Terms of Service here!
