Have you purchased a subscription on the Fotor mobile app and would like to use it on the Fotor website or desktop app? Or did you subscribe on the Fotor website/desktop app and want to access it from the mobile app instead?
Good news — Fotor subscriptions can be accessed across different devices and platforms. Your subscription is linked to your Fotor account, not to a specific device.
To use your subscription successfully, simply make sure you log in with the same account credentials used when purchasing the subscription.
For example:
- If you purchased a subscription on the Fotor website using your Google account, you should log in with the same Google account on the Fotor mobile app.
- If you subscribed through the Fotor iOS app using your Apple ID, please sign in with the same Apple ID on the Fotor website to access your subscription.
Example: Accessing a Website Subscription on the Mobile App
Step 1
Log in to the Fotor mobile app using the same email/account you used on the Fotor website.
Step 2
Once logged in, your subscription should automatically sync and become available.
Step 3 (Optional)
If your subscription does not appear immediately, tap "Restore Purchase" to manually refresh your purchase status.
Important Notes
Please note that subscriptions must be managed and canceled on the platform where they were originally purchased.
For example:
- Subscriptions purchased through the Fotor iOS app can only be canceled through Apple.
- Subscriptions purchased via Google Play must be canceled through Google Play.
