Yes. You can use Fotor for free after you create an account.
With Fotor free account, you can access basic features, limited templates and design resources, sync photos and works to Cloud or download to your account. It should be noted that free account does not support designing works for commercial use.
If you want to access more advanced features and templates and design your work for commercial use, you need to upgrade to Fotor Pro/Pro+ account.
