Resize function can easily adjust the size and dimensions of any image in seconds in Fotor's Photo Editor. You can use Fotor to resize images by pixel dimensions, scale by percentages, and maintain the aspect ratio of your images.
Step 1: Upload your photo in Fotor’s Photo Editor through those uploading photo ways. 
Step 2: Under the Adjust menu, choose the Resize tool.
Step 3: Type the proportions you want in the "Width" and "Height" fields. If you want to keep your photo maintains its aspect ratio, make sure the lock is locked. And you can unlock it to input width and height arbitrarily.
Step 4: Or you can check “Use Percentages” to resize your photo by percentage.
Step 5: Click the Apply button, then your image is successfully resized.
