The Rotate Tool of Fotor can easily help you rotate your image clockwise or counterclockwise, turn it into a mirror image or straighten it up. Just do as follow steps:
Step 1: Upload your photo in Fotor’s Photo Editor. 
Step 2: Under the Adjust menu, click Rorate. There are four different rotate icons to help you flip the photo. The first one is clockwise turn, and the second is counterclockwise. Clicking the third iron is to make it a vertical turn. The last one can make a horizontal turn. 
Step 3: When you choose a rotate way, you still can adjust the straighten to make your image unique. You can also move the Straighten slider to straighten out the photo if you want to fix a bit of crooked of the photo or you'd like a slightly different aspect. 
Step 4: Try to click the icon until you get the result of what you want. Click "Compare" to see the results with the original image.
Step 5: Then you can share or export your photo.
