Corporate users can make a one-time bulk purchase of multiple codes. After purchasing, members of the organization can use these codes to redeem and access the AI headshot generator for free.
The process is as follows:
1. Purchase of Team Headshot Package:
The package requires a minimum purchase for 2 users, with a base price of $29.99 per user for 80 images. The pricing scales based on the number of users：

10-49 users: 20% off ($23.99 per user for 80 images)

50-99 users: 30% off ($20.99 per user for 80 images)

100-299 users: 40% off ($17.99 per user for 80 images)

2. Code Distribution After Payment:
Once payment is completed, a success message will appear, confirming the number of codes purchased. The pop-up will provide a direct download link for the codes. Each code can only be used once.
Additionally, the buyer can add an email address to receive the purchase confirmation email. This email includes purchase details, a link to download the codes, the tool’s access URL, and an invoice.
3. Redeeming Codes and Generating Headshots:
The corporate buyer distributes the codes to team members, who can redeem them in one of three ways:

Manually clicking the redeem option within the headshot tool.

Clicking a parameterized link provided in the email, which directly triggers the redeem pop-up in the headshot tool.

If a user directly visits the headshot tool’s homepage and starts generating headshots, they can enter the code in the pricing pop-up after submitting their generation request.
4. Headshot Creation Process:
After redeeming the code, team members can follow the usual process to select their gender and preferred style before submitting their request to generate the headshots.
