The number of monthly Credits depends on your subscription plan.
Important: Subscription Credits are issued monthly, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual subscription. They are not added all at once for the entire subscription period.
Monthly Credits by Plan
- Fotor Pro: 100 Credits per month
- Fotor Pro+: 300 Credits per month
- Fotor Max: Available in plans with 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, or 50,000 Credits per month.
Why Didn't I Receive All My Credits at Once?
Your subscription provides a monthly Credit allowance, so Credits are added to your account each month rather than all at once for the entire subscription period.
For example, if your plan includes 100 Credits per month, you will receive 100 Credits each month. Even if you subscribe for 12 months, you will not receive 1,200 Credits at the beginning of the subscription period.
Your monthly Credits are issued based on your subscription payment date, not on the first day of each calendar month. For example, if your subscription payment date is the 15th, your monthly Credits will generally be issued around your monthly payment date rather than on the 1st.
Do Credits Stack Up?
Yes. Unused subscription Credits can roll over for up to 5 months while your subscription remains active.
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your subscription Credits until your subscription ends. Any remaining subscription Credits will expire when your subscription ends.
