There are 2 ways you can access our Customer Support.
- First method:
(1)On Fotor's feature pages, go to the footer and find "Help Center".
For example, go to Fotor's home page, then move the mouse down to the footer. You will see the Help Center.
(2)Go to the Help Center then type the keywords to search your issue or submit your question.
(3)If the articles in the Help Center do not help you, you can contact our support team directly.
By clicking on the Live Chat button,you can send an offline email or initiate an online chat.
Note: Before, you need to complete your identifying information, including your name and email address so that we can better resolve the issue for you.
(4)When your problem has been solved, you can leave the chat.
- Try another method:
(1)You can find a “Help" icon when you are those pages: Editor hub page, Collage hub page and Design hub page. Search your issue or submit your question.
(2)You can also find the “Help" icon when you are in the Design tool. Click it for live chat. Search your issue or submit your question.
