If you purchased a subscription on the mobile app, and you want to use the same subscription on the web or desktop app, please log in to the same subscription account (your email) to use it.
If you encounter a situation where you have logged in to the account but still cannot use it. Then you may be logged into the wrong account or you did not register an account when you purchased the subscription in the mobile app.
Step1: Use your email to register for a Fotor account, then log in to Fotor with your email on your mobile app.
Step2: Click to "Restore Purchase" after logging in, and then the subscriptions will be transferred to your logged in account.
Step3: Use your registered email to log in to Fotor on the web and use the subscription.
As long as you have your subscription linked to an email, you can access membership benefits on all platforms while logged in, including Fotor iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, and the website.
